Lily

Oh my sweet Ryenne. She has had a rough go of friends for a while. She had such a wonderful friend at Makawao school, but when we moved it was challenging to get the girls together.

Coming into Wailuku mid-year was tough for her because everyone had their little friendship groups and she had a hard time fitting in. She kept commenting to me that the other girls would make fun of her clothes choices or her short hair or the fact that she believes in Santa Claus. It was a hard thing to watch my innocent little girl not getting along with other 8 year olds who are behaving like pre-teens already.

She finally made a friend in the second half of the year but sadly they moved to Oahu over the summer.

Ry's 3rd grade class is full of students she had never met before and a couple desks down sat Lily. Lily lives down the road and the two of them have been inseparable. They gab about My Little Pony's, sleepovers, and puppies. They are completely adorable and call each other BFF's.

I'm so thankful Lily came into Ry's life. So very, very thankful!
