2 Slices Ezekiel Bread with Butter
Dinner:
Dr. Mercola Miracle Whey Shake mixed with coconut milk
Half Breast of chicken sliced with Quarter Avocado, Guldens Mustard, Half serving of Mayo, shredded Lettuce mixed onto 2 slices Ezekiel Bread

5 Pecans (Raw)
