Menu Day 3

Yesterday's wonderful menu...

Breakfast:

2 Scrambled Eggs cooked in coconut oil with half a zucchini
Half Apple
Water

AM Snack:
Coffee with Coffeemate (addicted)

Lunch:
Mixed Greens Salad with Carrots, Tomatoes, Avocado, and Lean Steak with Half Serving Brianna's Blush Vinaigrette
Half a Mango
Water


PM Snack:
1 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Slices Ezekiel Bread with Butter

Dinner:

Dr. Mercola Miracle Whey Shake mixed with coconut milk
Half Breast of chicken sliced with Quarter Avocado, Guldens Mustard, Half serving of Mayo, shredded Lettuce mixed onto 2 slices Ezekiel Bread
Water

Before Bed:
5 Pecans (Raw)
Water

Exercise: 74 Minutes Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper
