Todays Menu - I went a little over my calories today - but not by much.
Breakfast:
Protein Shake (Mercola Whey, half a banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 tsp coconut oil)
AM Snack:
Coffee with coffeemate (I seriously need to kick the coffeemate habit!)
1 Medium Aplle
Handful of raw pecans
Lunch:
Albacore Tuna (in water) mixed with 1 tsp Guldens Mustard and 1/2 Serving of Mayo
Put onto Ezekiel Bread and toasted with some colby jack on top
PM Snack:
BIG CHEAT..... a bite of the kids Easter Chocolate
Dinner:
Shoyu Chicken (cooked with molasses and honey - it's still sugar, I know.....)
Half Cup Brown Rice
10 Broccoli Spears
Late Night Snack:
Half Serving Mercola Whey Powder with 1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil blended in ice water
Exercise: 74 Minutes Legs & Back + ab ripper
